Lesson goal:

• consolidating the appearance and names of birds wintering in Poland (guillemot, titmouse, sparrow),
• consolidation of knowledge about feeding birds and … why not bread?
• getting to know architectural solutions connected with sloping roofs in houses (especially in the mountains), feeders and bird feeders,
• developing empathy for animals’ plight in winter,
• encouraging children to feed birds suitable food,
• developing creativity in the group for creation of feeders, especially solutions for keeping the roof on the supports,
• using the newly 3D-printed blocks to connect the tiles and achieve bevels.
